Team Razor Steal The Show At Toy Fair
3rd February 2011This years Toy Fair was given an extra dimension as it saw performance of Team Razor for the first time. Passing crowds were subject to an unexpected treat as they made their way from the nearby train station to the main hall. Many found themselves stopping and marvelling at some of the stunts and tricks the team were able to pull off so brilliantly.
It was not only the passing public who were impressed by the team, they also managed to attract an array of press attention. The UK’s most watched morning programme, BBC Breakfast, spent two hours filming with the team and presenter Mike Bushell even had a go at a few tricks himself. The coverage will air on Saturday 5th February so make sure that you tune in for that!
The BBC were not the only broadcasters who took an interest in the team, Adrian Chiles of Daybreak also fancied having a go on the Razor Graffiti. Although he seemed to enjoy it, it appears that a bit of practise is in order for the former match of the day presenter.
Although the unpredictable British weather did at times interrupt the performance, it did not dampen the spirits of the riders or the spectators and there was a team of ‘squidgy men’ on hand to make sure the team could battle on through the conditions.
Overall the event was a massive success for all things Razor and is just the start of what looks to be an exciting year for the team.
